ROCKAWAY TOWNSHIP NJ – Council President denied My Minute Minute, a member of the media, ample time to build cameras, microphones, tripods and communication wires. We arrived at the council chambers at 6:00PM. We were not allowed to enter until 7:00PM for a 7:30PM start council meeting.
