OCEAN GATE – Frank Vanalesti has been accused in a lawsuit filed in Federal Court of sexual acts upon an autistic 9 year old girl.

#NJCW: “Ocean Gate Elementary School Superintendent/ Principal Frank Vanalesti was under fire tonight at the school board meeting. We were first made aware of the allegations against the Ocean gate Elementary Superintendant. One of the parent Melissa Barrett said in public comment that her own daughter has been touched by the Principal inappropriately in the past. She told the Board that she guarantees if Mr. Vanalesti is still working at the school next school year she vowed to remove her child from the school. Barrett will not put her daughter in any situations that could turn out to be worse than it has been in the past.
Stephen Connelly told the board that “The trust has been broken. Stephen feels that he can no longer trust that he can bring his children to the school. It’s nothing personal it’s just business.” Mr. Connelly wants to know what is going to be done about the situation. Attorney Chris Supsie whos law firm is best known as the attorney who once called Lacey Township parents who were against 2nd amendment violations the Chicken Gallery that ultimately ended up in the creation of the facebook group
Mr. Connelly feels that Mr. Vanalesti should resign from his position. He also continued to mention that he also thinks other parents fell the same way. He wants to know what the board intends to do about the situation. Supsie fires back that he assumes he knows what those allegations are. He assured everyone that the allegations had no factual basis or merit. Those allegations were unfounded by outside agencies involved in the investigation.
We received an anonymous message in our inbox immediately after airing a live feed video on the page. The anonymous page follower told our staff:
“The board is lying. It came back as Not Established from DYFS!! We were told they believed it happened. The OCPO (Ocean County Prosecutors Office) is investigating it.”
Another tip to NJCW:
“It started at Asbury Park. Then little egg harbor. These school systems have a history of payoffs and pushing stuff under the table. In Asbury, he was accused of molesting and black student. Frank paid her off. The lady stopped her complaint and the school pushed it down the road. The board attorney keeps saying it was Unfounded, it was not!. -Anonymous“
Concerned citizen Randy Robles chimed in and mentioned the fact that there is more than one accusation against Mr. Vanalesti and this was a red flag. Attorney Supsie immediately fired back with boilerplate litigation threats for defamation violations.
