MATAWAN, New Jersey – New York State license motorcyclist transports unsecured dog on Garden State Parkway south.
Video shot on July 27, 2019, provided by John Edmunds, shows a motorcyclist traveling south-bound on the Garden State Parkway with an unsecured companion in the rear seat. The four-legged companion appeared to be sitting in a small black pouch directly behind the rider.
The cyclist was also observed lighting up a cancer stick, taking a few drags and later discarding the burning tobacco cylinder onto the Garden State Parkway.
In 2011, a Marlboro, NJ man was cited for riding a motorcycle with his dog. Associate Press published this article on Nov 11, 2011. “The 56-year-old paid $449 in fines, surcharges and court costs in Municipal Court in Marlboro” – Asbury Park Press / NJ.com
